Cancellation Policy

1. Rental Period: - The standard rental is up to 24 hours, but we offer options to extend up to 7 days. 2. Payment: - Full payment is required upon booking. 3. Additional Fees: - The booking includes the full rate for the flower wall, delivery, pick-up, setup, and breakdown. - Tax: 8.25% of the flower wall base price and delivery. 4. Reservation Changes: - Notify Hudson Valley Flower Walls as soon as possible if you need to change the reservation date. - You can reschedule to another date within three months of the original reservation. - Only one date change is allowed, provided it’s within three months of the original reservation. - Non-compliance results in forfeiting the payment, requiring a new reservation and deposit. 5. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations within seven days of the event are non-refundable. - Full payment is due upon booking; failure to pay results in cancellation of your reservation. 6. Rental Terms: - All rentals are one-day rentals unless otherwise agreed. Hudson Valley Flower Walls handles drop-off, setup, and pickup. 7. Delivery: - Deliveries are scheduled within a one-hour window. A contact person must be available for entry and setup instructions. - Failure to provide access results in cancellation, no refund, and a new reservation with full payment required. 8. Damages and Cleaning: - In the event of lost, damaged, or soiled items, additional charges will be invoiced within five business days of return, payable immediately. - The renter is responsible for replacing or repairing lost or damaged items. - All items must be returned clean and free from dirt. A $50 cleaning fee applies for dirty items. If professional cleaning is needed, the renter is responsible for the third-party fee. - Flower walls cannot be set up outdoors without prior permission from Hudson Valley Flower Walls. - The flower wall should not be moved by anyone other than Hudson Valley Flower Walls staff. 9. Liability and Insurance: - The renter is responsible for any damage or injury caused by rented items. - Hudson Valley Flower Walls is not liable, and renters assume all risk. - Renters must arrange their own insurance if desired. 10. Defects: - Minor defects may exist from prior rentals; report major defects immediately. 11. Payment: - No personal checks accepted. Payment via credit/debit card, cash, Zelle, or an approved payment app.
